Why does AsiaWorks use volunteers to staff the trainings?

0

We offer volunteer opportunities as a way for interested Leadership Programme graduates to support their continued growth and goal attainment in a stimulating and challenging environment. This can be done through voluntary staffing of Basic Training, Advanced Course or other workshop programmes, as a Small Group Leader. Small Group Leaders receive coaching in how to facilitate effective discussion and support the training staff within the room logistics. Leadership graduates who have demonstrated exceptional results in their personal goals and have significant experience in staffing programmes, may apply to become coaches, or Leadership Programme Seniors. All programmes are completely voluntary and we welcome our graduates to mentor others and stay involved with AsiaWorks.
