Why does Artspire need to control the funds for a sponsored project?
Artspire is legally responsible for the funds received on behalf of a sponsored project and must ensure that the project uses the funds for charitable activities and that donor reporting requirements are met by the project. That being said, Artspire will not take any creative control of your work. You are still free to create as you wish.
