Since resource information (mail items and attachments in mailboxes, public folder items) are stored in Exchange Information Store, ARKES requires a mailbox profile to connect to the Exchange Server and retrieve those information. This action is similar to viewing contents of mailbox/public folders through Microsoft Outlook.
