Why does an administration need to notify the relative timing of a transmitter within a SFN?
The value of the relative timing is required to assess the interference between transmitters belonging to the same SFN network (self-interference). Note although this information is not used in the planning software, it may be of use by the administrations in their bi- and multilateral coordination efforts.
