First off. Sorry to hear you had a problem. I love Amazon. They are my favorite online E-tailer. However, I do prefer to purchase items directly sold by Amazon. But, when I can’t find an item anywhere else I have purchased from Amazon’s Third Party Sellers. Since I trust Amazon, I trust them to offer honest sellers. So, I understand your concern. Since Amazon is a big online E-tailer and they seem to be very customer orientated, I would contact Amazon via email or by phone and tell them what happened. If they received enough complaints about Wirefly.com, then they may not offer products sold by this company anymore.
