Why does all of Posie Packers equipment run circular?
The circle has the great property of having no beginning or end. On a production basis this feature makes it easy to know which employee is doing what. And because not only you but all of the other employees realize this, the product which is being manufactured will be more consistent with the standard that you have selected. If a product is not right, it easily comes back to the employee who did it, and everybody will know. On a operational basis, the circle generally requires fewer parts and few parts mean greater reliability of the machinery.
