” AC LaRocco has chosen to use Real Skim Milk Mozzarella. The reasons are flavor, freezing & baking characteristics. It also contains lower fat than whole milk cheese. Numerous non-dairy cheeses have been tested and evaluated, however none have been accepted by our consumer taste test panel.
