Why does a Palm Treo 650 reject a phone number?
One of my staff bought a Palm Treo 650 from a colleague. Since then, I cannot contact her anymore. In the beginning the Palm would turn off as soon as I called (how convenient), but that was fixed by changing my name in her contacts list. Now it only shuts off when I send an SMS message. With the previous user there were no problems, nor were there before she started using the Palm. Problems with the SIM card have been ruled out by using it in another hand set.
