In the Matrix or Rating questions, if you apply the Forced Ranking option, the previous answer will disappear if a respondent tries to assign the same rating to a different row. To enable a respondent to assign the same rating per row, please do the following: • Click on the [Edit Question] button for the question under the [Design] icon. • Uncheck the box that states Allow Only One Response per Column (Forced Ranking) under the column choices section. • Click the [Save Changes] button when you are finished.
