Additionally, your booking should be made in the last name/first name format and should match with the one as recorded with us. For example E.g. If the member’s name on our records reflects as Rajesh (First Name) Singh (Middle Name) Sharma (surname), but the member books his tickets only as Rajesh Singh, then the flight will not get recorded due to a name mis-match. Therefore, the bookings need to be made as Sharma (last name) / Rajesh Mr.
