Debt settlement is always the first financial solution we may think of the moment we find out that we are unable to pay off our debt. In my personal point of view, writing a settlement letter is always much better than calling the creditor through phones. As human beings, we tend to make more mistakes in our verbal communication especially when we are stressful and nervous.
