Why does a banned member still appear under the Members tab?
When you ban a member from your network, their status is changed to “banned” and all of their content is deleted immediately, but they may continue to show up under the Members tab for up to five minutes. This is because the Members tab is cached (i.e. stored in memory). You and your members will not be able to view their profile page, and once the cache refreshes they will no longer appear under the Members tab.
