Why does a 7-year-old have to go to Bears on Boards (BOB) or Pandas on Boards (POB)?
The average 7-year-old is more like his/her younger classmates (ages 5 & 6) than the 8-and-above group with respect to coordination, muscle control, maturity and equipment needs. The 7-year-old snowboarders require more one-on-one attention, which they will receive in BOB and POB since the class size is limited to 3 students. Seven-year-olds have a better experience in the younger group, with the pros specially trained for this age.
