Why do young teens nowadays act like 18 or 19 years years old?
Kids seem in a hurry to become little adults nowadays and act older than they are and participate in behaviors they are not mature or responsible enough to handle, because they think these things are supposed to be ‘fun’ and that others will think they are ‘kewl’ or look up to them because of what they do. It’s a shame…they don’t spend enough time being kids, not realizing that they’ll have their whole lives to be adults once they hit legal age…a shame that so many parents allow the behavior you describe also, and don’t try to stop or prevent it. I’ve never regretted my decision not to have kids…
