Why do you think people dont report seeing ufos?
People would rather be taken seriously. When you start “seeing things” you are taken for a nut.Everyone wants proof. A decent picture or hard evidence would really help. BTW the term “UFO” does not necessarily mean alien starships. The word UNIDENTIFIED is key here. The things that people see may be natural phenomena as yet unidentified. I have a theory that there is some king of magnetic anomaly, like a mirage or inversion layer in the atmosphere.We know that radio signals can be “bounced” off the ionosphere. This is EM radiation. Visible light is also part of the EM spectrum.
