Why do you think Europe and South America are the only continents that win World Cup Football competitions?

Football was invented in Europe and then exported to European colonies in South America allowing it to develop over there. It was only exported to other continents much later, so there footballing development is still running through. I don’t think an African nation will win the World Cup yet as they lack the tactical and mental discipline to do so, but I am backing South Africa to do well in the 2010 World Cup.
