Why do you suppose that atheists have a lower divorce rate than Jews and Christians?
I suppose that atheist have a lower divorce rate than Jews and Christians for several factors. First, the atheist may have less external pressure from the family community. Second, without the concept of sin, atheist partners simply relate to each other in the here and now. Third, atheists may have lower or more realistic expectations of marriage without the religious component attached to marriage by Christians and Jews.
