Why do you spell “Ekoroof” with a “K” rather than “Ecoroof” with a “C”?

A. A traditional Ecoroof, or Eco-roof as it is sometimes spelled, is a natural roofing system where vegetated roof coverings consisting of a thin layer of living plants is installed on top of a specially designed or modified roof system. They are also sometimes referred to as green roof systems, because they replace traditional rooftops with a series of plant layers – making these roofing systems literally green. Our approach to Green Roofing is a little different, utilizing recycled agricultural plastic as our “green” quality. Because we do things a little different here, we spell Ekoroof a little differently, and proudly with a “K”!
