With most wood and faux wood blinds there are size limitations due to weight. If the blind is too large it will be difficult to operate and will also put stress on the hardware mechanisms. We recommend splitting very large wood and faux wood blinds (over 48 square feet) on wood blinds, and (36 square feet on composite and faux wood) into two or three blinds on one headrail. If it is recommended that your blind be split you can still choose to have it manufactured as one single blind, however, it will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
