Why do you recommend installing the USB microphone prior to installing ViaVoice Software?
The reason for this is because drivers will have to be installed in order to use your USB microphone. Some machines will require you to reboot after installing these drivers and you’d have to restart the Audio Setup Wizard from the beginning. Please note that re-running the Audio Setup Wizard is not a long process. It should take only a few minutes as most of it can be skipped by clicking the “Next” button since you have already connected it to your computer.
