Why do you offer free domain forwarding and free online access to domain names, and I bought a domain name for double the price and get no access to the domain name unless I buy hosting?
There are some registrars who for commercial reasons do not allow customers access to their domain names. Generally, the reason is that people will be forced into buying hosting and email services because they don’t have access to their domain name. Many people do not know that they can and should get access to their domain name. The internet and word of mouth will mean that many people will come to expect online access to their domain name and there is no long term gain in forcing customers into plans and products that they are not 100% happy to buy, especially when it is so easy to transfer to another registrar or service. We believe that competitive prices and professional service is the key to success in business.
