Why do women tennis players want the same amount as men tennis players in wimbledon?

Because we live in a feministic society and we must satisfy the demands of the feminists. That’s how they got equal pay in the first place. It was players like Billy Jean King and Martina Navratilova who campaigned for it until, one by one, the grandslams gave in. Men are not superior to women. Equal work should be rewarded with equal pay regardless of who does the work. But it is a fact that a woman would play a maximum of 21 sets to win a grandslam, while a man would play a minimum of 21 sets … and against tougher opposition. The sets also last longer, resulting in much longer hours on the job. Saying that women work just as hard by virtue of being weaker is ridiculous. By this token, high school kids should earn over a million dollars when they win tennis tournaments.
