I guess at the heart of it, it comes down to women feeling unappreciated. Women are amazing creatures who do countless loving and caring things throughout the day. Most of which, I’m sure, blokes don’t notice or even think are that important. Women see the little details, that is why they are good at remembering birthdays and are more efficient at multitasking and fiddly jobs. Men see the end product, the goal, the pursuit. They don’t worry about the details, as long as the job is done. No offences meant here, this is just a general view. But women do so many caring and nice things for you blokes, all the time, sometimes without gratitude and mostly without appreciation. So I guess when it comes to things like the toilet seat, they consider it a politeness and a thank you, for all that they do for you blokes all day, everyday, it would be nice for you to do this one small thing to show that you care. After all, actions speak louder than words, do they not? Putting the toilet seat down
