Why do we need to replace the Sarto House?
As good stewards of our facilities we need to address current critical issues involving our building assets. Our current facility is built in a floodplain. The foundation and support structure are deteriorated due to repeated water damage, continued dampness and age. A new roof is needed, the walls and attic lack insulation, and meeting, office and storage space is inadequate. It is not economical to continue the upkeep of the building. Building a new facility will support the growth of our parish community with a conference area for various meetings, adequate office space and general storage needs.
