Why do we need to ensure that the instructors are Mesaba Instructors?
Quality instruction from a World-Class Training facility is only possible if the instruction is coming from Mesaba pilots. In the past the Company has tried to hire outside instructors and each time they find it unsuccessful. In order to prevent this from happening again, we would like scope language in the contract that specifies who can do the training. This would include protection for ground school instructors, simulator instructors, checkman and APD’s.
