The CASTLE Report (2005) stated: “…ACLAM is vulnerable to criticism and perhaps litigation in several areas, especially the lack of direct linkage between our task analysis (the RDD) and the exam…” Recommendation #2 from that report stated: “It is very important when assembling new forms of the examination for ACLAM to employ the specifications derived from the Role Delineation Document (High Priority)” . Recommendation #3 from that report stated: “In implementing specifications based on the Role Delineation Document, ACLAM should use only the percentages expressed, without varying within the limits indicated.
