Why do we need Haliburton again?
Iraqi blogger Raed, who used to share blogs with the Baghdad Blogger, has written a road map for Iraq. In the third part of said roadmap, he makes one interesting point, which is that Iraqis need no foreign help in reconstruction, as they did a pretty good job back in the early Nineties with an embargo against them. He advocates kicking out the foreigners, and I can’t say I blame him.
