Why do two similar damages on my room condition form have different costs?
There is a limited amount of space on the room condition form to enter the description of damage charges. A mark on the room condition form may denote a scratch on a wall or piece of furniture which may be the most expensive damage to fix, but due to the limited amount of space it may not necessarily the only damage item on that wall or piece of furniture that needs to be fixed.
