Why do they call them “spare” ribs?
Pure entertainment! The cow will live! Spare ribs are from a pig which won’t live when after the total rib cage is removed, the “meaty” upper back ribs (baby backs)are cut from the top of the cage, left is the middle or “spare” ribs that have the lower (belly) portion removed (rib tips). The moon is made from green cheese, everybody knows that, because the world is crackers.
