Why do they ban animals performing for people BEARS/BULLS/CIRCUSES they allow horse jumping/DRESSARGE?
Because the horse are doing what is natural to them. They have been breed over hundreds of years to do the work they do. Bears and other wild animals are that wild they are just the same as they are in the wild and it is cruel to more them from pill to post in cruel conditions to do unnatural behaviour for the pleasure of some stupid human beings. I have never been to a circus that use animals as i would never support such a cruel brutal trade. Instead i have only been to circus that only have humans performers who choose to do what they do. Why in this date and age do some peolpe thing it is ok to use wild animals and degrade them to amuse them. The sooner circus that use animals are closed down the better.
I think what 333 is trying to say is that dressage is openly allowed as a sport. Dressage is not a natural behaviour of horses but human intervention and training. You may say that horses enjoy it, some may do but some undergo cruel and abusive training the same as dancing bears etc. However, bears, bulls, lions, elephants etc are so expolited by humans and for our entertainment, how many of you would knowlingly hurt your pet?? By viewing and supporting circuses, bull fighting, dancing bears etc you are taking part in the suffering of the aforesaid animals. Just because it’s a horse, doesn’t mean to say it’s ok.
