Why do the Worker and 7×60 balloons by TBC look like they are preinflated?
Because sometimes they are! A few years ago the TBC Workers and the TBC 6x70s were ALL “preinflated” at TBC, the manufacturer. It is the way the spray design is achieved for these balloons and so they appear stretched and wrinkeled when BLC receives them. There is no way around it unless TBC decided not to put the extra latex color designs on them. They are inflated, then sprayed, let to dry and then deflated and sent to the distributors. You can not find them any other way except pre-inflated. Most recently TBC has manufactured solid color workers. These style workers are not preinflated.
