Why do the United States military bases in Colombia not only point at Venezuela but also at Africa?
Related to this, it is really fascinating to notice that some of the major revolutionary measures which President Kwame Nkrumah of Ghana were fostering in Africa in the sixties, half a century ago, now President Hugo Chavez Frias of Venezuela is trying to take very similar revolutionary steps in America in the 21st century.
