Why do the transactions SPDD/SPAU display appends?
Due to a program error in Releases 4.5A and 4.5B tables, structures and search helps to which append structures were added are displayed in the modification adjustment (SPAU) in the With Modification Assistant category in the subtrees Tables, Structures, and Search helps although you do not want to edit them there. When you reset append structures to original, they are deleted.
