Why do the totals on my entry counter disappear at 5:00 a.m. Eastern time?
From approximately 5:00 a.m. to 5:20 a.m. Eastern Time each day, your entry counter will state: “Hold on. We’re busy counting your entries for the day.” During this time period, we are transferring your entries to SCA, an independent sweepstakes execution company that tabulates entries and conducts the drawings. It takes about 20 minutes every day, but don’t worry, you will continue to collect entries during this 20-minute period.
