Why do the task and invitation counts change in the Action Items box when I view a different calendar?
The tasks and invitations lists show the number of items on which you need to take action in the currently displayed calendar. If you do not have permission to act on the currently displayed calendar, the tasks and invitations count will be zero. Only those tasks and invitations upon which you have permission to act will show in the count.
