Why do the soldiers from the Australian army always wear sunglasses?
The US Soldiers do as well, if not sunglasses, ballistic googles. They are bullet proof. Plus I would imagine that since Australia has the hole in the ozone layer above it, they are probably more used to wearing them and hats then most other countries. In Australia, they even make kids at school wear hats and sunglasses outside.
