Why do the relatives of soldiers killed in Iraq want an apology from Tony Blair?

Blair did what he thought was best given the intelligence placed before him, It is a sad fact of life that soldiers die in battle which is why some people choose not to enlist. However the soldiers should at least be given a fighting chance by the government providing whatever it is, that is needed to do the job. This may not always be what happens, as in the case of helicopters in Afghanistan. I thank God that we have these brave troops and will support them all the way, and I can also understand the anger of the loved ones who have lost their men and women in what was a necessary war. The enemy is not Tony Blair, it is the terrorist who claim to be part of Islam and thereby cause unnecessary anger towards a peaceful religion.
