Why do the Plaintiffs contend CLS locators are entitled to recover unpaid overtime?
The simple answer is that the Plaintiffs claim to have worked time that they did not get paid for. Time spent performing duties for the company is compensable work time. Plaintiffs claim that time they spent working from home for the benefit of CLS and travel time spent on CLS’s behalf is “work time” and should be tracked and paid for.
