We work in pairs so we can… • prepare together • support each other • pack-up together • arrive & leave safely together • share the load • learn from & challenge each other • address the group more effectively • be more aware of group dynamics • be prepared in case a participant becomes upset And because different girls learn different things from different peer educators.
