Why do the Letters Capital and Small. Sorting and Ordering and Thinking Skills programs supplied in the Fun and Skills pack not work on my computer?
Put the disk into the computer and open My Computer by double clicking on the icon. You will now see a list of your drives beginning with A. Find the Sorting and Ordering, Thinking Skills or Letters (number beginning with three zeros) and notice the drive letter in parenthesis. If the drive letter reads (D:) you can follow these instructions. Exit the My Computer window and return to the desktop. Right click on the desktop and select new, then shortcut. The Create Shortcut window will open. Click the browse button and select the (D:) drive from the drop down list. You will now see two files, one a file folder and the other an icon. Click the icon and click open, you will then be returned to the command line. Click next then finish, you will now have an icon to start the program.
