This is fixed in Entourage 2004. If you are using an earlier version… This has to do with the fact that complex HTML messages are interpreted by the Internet Explorer rendering engine rather than by Entourage. Many commands that work with normal messages don’t with complex HTML messages – it’s essentially because it’s displaying a web page in the Preview Pane.
