Why do the ink reservoirs look not all the way full?
A. Your new CISS system has been pre-filled with 160mls of ink, which includes the ink already inside the reservoir and cartridges. HP printers pump ink back and forth among the ink reservoir, print head, and cartridge during maintenance. This means the level of your ink reservoirs will alter during the running of the CISS.
