Why do the employee’s not wear gloves in the plant and storeroom?
While gloves can offer some additional protection from bacterial contamination of food products, several studies have shown that the risk of accidental loss (falling off) of gloves into a batch of cheese poses a greater safety risk than diligent, quality conscious, employees that frequently wash their hands.
