Why do the charities need donations?
Much of our income derives from the two charities investment portfolios that have been built up through the generosity of previous generations of supporters. However, that income is not sufficient on its own to sustain our current level of grant work, let alone to develop that work in order to meet the changing needs of the clergy in the 21st century church.
