Why do the ancient egyptians have that snake symbol on their head?
It’s a representation of the Kundalini. It’s in every human being and is depicted in other cultures as serpent wisdom, the feathered serpent, Mother, Shakti, the snake on the Tree of Knowledge etc. The gift of the snake was wisdom. It is electromagnetic and evolutionary power and is a result of the genitals being connected to the brain via the spinal column. Traditionally represented as a snake coiled three and a half times around the base of the spine, it is also the origin of the medical caduceus, staff of Hermes and the ourobouros – snake eating it’s tail. The snake on the head shows someone who has awakened this dormant power and is a biologically enlightened human being.
