If you are using the Cursor XP product from Stardock (http://www.stardock.com/products/cursorxp/) for cursor control on your computer, there is a known incompatibilty with Cursor XP and PowerPlugs: Video Backgrounds and 3D Transitions. So, when CursorXP is operating on your system and you use your mouse to advance through your 3D Transitions + Video backgrounds enhanced presentation, the 3D transition effects will skip. A work around to this problem is to use keys on your keyboard to advance through the presentation.
