The sachets each contain 1000mg of active BioBran whilst the tablets each contain 250mg of active BioBran. The rest of the weight for each is from the excipients that are added to stabilise the product, help keep it together (for the tablets), help it to flow (for the sachets), and to keep the BioBran dry (it is very hydrophilic).
