Why do teenagers sleep so much?
Teenagers are growing, and they’re bodies are using up so much of their energy internally that they need that extra few hours of sleep. For example, when you were pregnant, didn’t you feel drained? Well, your baby needed your energy to grow. As we all know, this is a crucial part of development for a human. Teens brains and expanding, and taking in so much information, and everything is shifting so that they live and succeed as normal functioning adults. Hope that helped a bit!
