Why do spots sometimes reappear right after cleaning?
The vast majority of spots will not reappear after cleaning. However, sometimes deep stains that are in the backing of the carpet may wick to the surface as the carpet dries. This wicking typically occurs shortly after cleaning (within 48 hours or so). If wicking does occur, contact Longshore as soon as possible and we will attempt to rectify the situation.
