Why do sports teams have two color schemes for their jerseys (Home and Away)? Who determines this?
Typically, white is the color that is used at home. However, it is up to the home team to determine which uniforms are used by both teams. I like how baseball uses the mascot name on the home uniforms and the location name on the away uniforms. I think it looks a little better even though it really doesn’t matter.
